How Does it Work?

   Every Transaction has a Listing Side and a Selling Side.  Traditional Realtors Charge 6% Commissions, 3% to the Listing Broker & 3% to the Selling Broker.  I discount my side (Listing) to 1%.  I always Recommend that we offer the going rate of 3% to the Selling Side, but remember you can offer them even more if you want to drive your sell, You Just Saved 2%.  Offer the Selling Side 3.5% commissions and Your Home may Sell Even Faster!!!.
