I believe anyone can sell Real Estate and that Realtors in today’s market overcharge their clients. What I do with “The 1% Listing Fee” is remove all the added costs that do not add value to the Real Estate Transaction. Every buyer and seller can gather all the needed forms from www.OREC.OK.gov which covers everything needed in a Real Estate transaction. Why Sellers do need Realtors are to do things such as; properly market, handle negotiations, and provide the needed drive to help get the home to Closing, this is where I come in.

What I offer my clients are; removal of none productive costs, computer automated scheduling of showings, computer automated tracking of listing hits, straight upfront advise that most Realtors do not want you to know, Market Analysis of today’s environment, immediate feedback (provided the showing realtor fills out my easy to use email questionnaire), ability to have more than just ONE agent working your file, and quick responses to email and text messaging.
